Pastor Christian Oyakhilome, commonly referred to as Pastor Chris, is no longer married to his wife, Pastor Anita Oyakhilome. They separated in 2016, and people have been wondering if Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has found a new wife since then.
Unfortunately, the divorce of Christ Embassy founders, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and his ex-wife, Anita Oyakhilome, has been described as a major shock to the globe, ministry, and family.
The notion began to swirl in 2014, when pastor Anita Oyakhilome failed to show up for many church activities. To begin with, the church denied that a divorce was imminent, but not long after that, Pastor Chris stepped out to confirm that he and Anita were planning to divorce.

Anita Oyakhilome denies rumors about reconciliation
Rumors about a reconciliation with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome had also been circulating after the divorce. However, Anita Oyakhilome put a stop to those in her blog post.
“It has been brought to my attention that there are persistent rumors and misinformation about my marital status being circulated, and I would like to address certain reconciliation rumors with this statement. Further to the formal notification of the dissolution of marriage made by my solicitors earlier this year,” she wrote.
“Please note that this has not changed, and I am no longer a part of Christ Embassy aka Believer’s LoveWorld or any such organization in any capacity. I am reiterating this to ensure that no one is misled by the false rumors or unfounded statements that show up and are spread from time to time on the internet. Any additional statement concerning me will be issued by my solicitors, who are my legal representatives, so please do not be deceived.

Pastor Chris’ ex-wife shuns daughter’s wedding
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and his then-wife had two children together: Carissa Sharon Oyakhilome was born in 1993, while Charlene Oyakhilome was welcomed in 1995.
The latter daughter lives a very quiet life, away from media attention, while Carissa Sharon Oyakhilome has joined Christ Embassy. In October of 2018, she got married to her heartthrob Phillip Frimpong, a Ghanaian/Dutch businessman. They were married in a big wedding ceremony in Lagos, Nigeria, which was officiated by her father’s friend Pastor Benny Hinn.
